I Hope You've Got Your Wedding Cards!

We've Sent Out All of Them
Except for a few that I didn't manage to personally deliver, I hope most of you have your wedding invites. Apologies beforehand if I missed anyone - it's either because we weren't able to reach you by all means possible (and we spent a week trying to leave text messages, emails, facebook messages, calls) or, more dramatically, your invite got lost in the mail.

Seriously.
It's been two weeks, and we've got word that some cards never made it to the addressee, for some reason or another. The sad part of all this is that I can't track who's got it or not, apart from making random calls the next few days to check on the general situation. I'll be running more checks over the weeks.

Well, We Really Hope to See You There
You're important to us! It's been a fantastic journey, and somewhere along those 9 years and 9 months, you've somehow made an impact in our lives (there have been so many of you) and we cherish the times and memories we share. On December 1st, we'll hope to make a very special one to go down for years to come.

We Get Closer to the Date. It's Only 18 Days Now!

Closer. Closer!
The last time I checked, we have 18 days left on the countdown. It's getting closer, gentle readers!

I'm Feeling Anxious
And I can't explain why. We've got everything done as scheduled, we've (somewhat) relaxed ourselves from a perfectionistic streak, checked all the major lists and fine-tuned the minors. Rehearsals are as planned and people have been informed. It's nearly all systems go, except for a few more small items.

Maybe it's because I can't believe it's finally here.

She's Feeling Anxious Too.
We couldn't stop giggling during the rehearsals! I was looking at her practicing her wedding vows. If I'm reading her thoughts right, I'm thinking she can't believe it's finally so close too.

That, hanging above this post, is a grand picture of us in the traditional Chinese dress. We'll actually be wearing that on the day, so look out for us.
